Thank you for your purchase from our website, we hope you are fully satisfied with the items. If you are unsatisfied with our products for some reasons, we offer return and exchange services based on the following circumstances.
1. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
2. If your order has been shipped out but you still need to cancel, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to return for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
We accept return on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 business days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Please allow us 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Incorrect order(size of the item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.
Return and Exchange Process
1. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us your Order Number and photographs of products (if applicable) at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will email you back your own RMA Number along with the returned address within 3 business days. After receiving an RMA number, customers need to return the original item(s) with tags in its original packaging in 7 days.
2. Send the tracking number of the returned products to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days.
For exchange, we will check your returned packages and its condition. Once confirmed and approved, we will send out a new package requested within 7 Business Days. The tracking number of the new packages will be updated through email.
Return Shipping Fee
1. Customers shall be responsible for the return shipping fee
Application: remorse returns such as: mind change from customers; wrong size chosen by customers; do not like the color or material; ordered by mistake, etc.
2. Wellblouseed shall be responsible for the return shipping fee
Application: Wellblouseed send out the wrong products(wrong size/color/pattern or products customer do not order); Broken/damaged products; Defective products
Please note that we are unable to send prepaid return shipping labels in all packages, please use insured shipping methods when you return the items, we are not responsible for returned parcel lost in transit.
After inspecting all the returned items, you will get a full refund to the original form of payment if you return it within the item’s return policy period in accordance with the Return Policy. The detailed applicable conditions are listed as follows:
1. For full refund and free return shipping label
· Received items did not match what’s shown on the website
· Wrong color/size/pattern or others caused by Wellblouseed
· Defective products which are of no fault of your own
2.For full refund but customers are responsible for the return shipping fee
· Unopened and unused product as it is shipped out.
Refund Process and Time
After receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting the condition, we will process your return or exchange. We will check the products first and then our financial department will process your refund in our internal system within one week. The refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. The Specific time depends on your credit card company.
Please be advised that it may take 7-20 Business Days to process the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
